Quick answer
If a Hero11 link won’t open, open it in Chrome instead of an in-app browser, turn off Desktop site, pause any VPN or ad blocker and try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. If the page opens but the download fails, use the install-error guide; if the app opens but you can’t log in, use the login guide.
Which screen is failing?
| What you see | Next step |
|---|---|
| Blank page, “site can’t be reached” or endless loading | Browser and network checks |
| The page opens but no DOWNLOAD button | Open it in Chrome on Android; turn off Desktop site |
| The download starts but fails | Download and install fixes |
| The app opens but login fails | Login help |
Check the browser without weakening protection
- Links opened inside WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook use a built-in browser. Tap ⋮ › Open in Chrome.
- In Chrome, untick ⋮ › Desktop site and reload.
- Pause a VPN, data saver or ad blocker for a moment.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Clear Chrome’s cache: Settings › Apps › Chrome › Storage › Clear cache.
Don’t install “unblock” apps or random DNS tools to reach Hero11 — they can be more dangerous than the problem.
