Responsible gaming
Hero11 contests and games that involve money are for adults. Keep them a pastime.
18+ only, and check where you live
Rules on online games differ by state and change over time. Read Hero11’s terms and check what applies to you before you sign up.
Set limits before you play
- Decide a time and money limit before you start, and stop when you reach it.
- Only use money you can afford to lose — never money for rent, bills or family.
- Results are uncertain. No app, “predictor” or tip can guarantee an outcome.
- Treat rewards as conditional until you have read their rules.
Know the rules of what you join
Fantasy predictions, Ludo, Rummy and Casino titles each have their own rules for entry, results and settlement. Read them inside the game and keep your reference if something looks wrong.
If it stops being fun
Take a break. Use any limit or account-closure option Hero11 offers, and talk to someone you trust. If you feel you cannot control your gaming, seek help from a qualified counsellor or a local helpline.
