Find your withdrawal record first
Open your existing Hero11 app or the website and sign in to the same account used for the withdrawal. Find the withdrawal in your account’s transaction or order record. Note the order ID, amount, time and exact status before contacting support.
The Open Hero11 button opens the website, not a private account screen. If you cannot find the record after signing in, use Hero11 Customer Service. Reinstalling the APK is not a way to resolve a payment record.
Pending, failed or successful but not received

Balance and UPI details to check
- Use the amount the account currently shows as available for withdrawal. Do not assume that every displayed balance or reward is withdrawable; read the account’s current conditions.
- Compare the destination shown in the withdrawal record with the bank or UPI account you are checking. Use the method actually recorded for that order.
- If a UTR or payout reference is shown, include it in your support request. If none is available, provide the Hero11 order ID and ask support for the reference.
Checking a deposit instead?
Keep deposits and withdrawals separate. Hero11’s public FAQ lists deposits marked successful but not credited, deposits still Processing, failed deposits and missing refunds. Match your Hero11 order with the debit or refund record in your bank or UPI app. Avoid paying again for an unresolved order.
