Hero 11 App on iPhone and iPad
APK files don’t install on iPhone, but Hero11’s own Install page mentions iOS. Here is what that means for you and how to avoid fake iOS downloads.

Quick answer
An APK only installs on Android. Hero11’s Install the Hero11 App page says “Access Hero11 on iOS & Android”, so on an iPhone open that page in Safari and follow only what it shows, or use the Hero11 website in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. Ignore iOS files and profiles from any other site.
Why the APK won’t work on iPhone
An APK is an Android installation file; iPhones can’t open it, whatever a “converter” promises. That is why the green DOWNLOAD banner is aimed at Android users.

Avoid fake iPhone downloads
- A “Hero11 iOS APK” or an .ipa file from a site other than Hero11’s Install page.
- Any request for payment, your OTP or password to “unlock” iPhone access.
- App Store listings that use the Hero11 name and logo but aren’t linked from the Hero11 site.
- Unknown configuration profiles. If anything asks you to install a profile or trust a developer, it must come from Hero11’s own Install page — otherwise close it.
